Question e-mails from subscribers are not received by following the elementor's template page

Hi everybody.

I used the sample page as the picture for my website

And I did not receive mail with registration information of guests when they filled in and sent me in the second photo.

Can you guys tell me why? Or do I have to install a plugin to receive gmail notification of the registered person's information?
