Question Dropdown menu does not always appear

Hi Can anyone tell me why the dropdown navigation menu does not always appear - I am using Elementor with Generate Press and assume it must be a plugin conflict issue but does anyone know a quick fix? It would be good to fix this once and for all. thanks
