Question Dropdown icon's not showing in menu

Hi this is my first time trying to find a answer about a problem i have with my Nav Menu on Elementor Pro. When i edit with elementor my dropdown icons show normally (Triangles facing downwards) but when i get out of editor and tap preview it only shows a weird small box and not de dropdown triangle. Does anybody know how to fix this or how this is happening?

You have to enable Font Awesome 4 support.

Go to Elementor > Settings > Advanced > and set "Load Font Awesome 4 Support" to Yes.

I need some help, anyone knows why the submenu indicator doesn't show up normally, only a question mark beside the main menu
