Custom Image Size Not Working on Preview/Live Website

Hi,

When choosing a custom image size instead of the default sizes, it adjusts on the back end while within the editor as desired but on the front end, the image is just the default image with no size modifications. I've attached screenshots of how it looks in the preview mode on the live website and on the editing mode. This happened after I migrated my website from a local server to a live server but not sure if that has anything to do with it since this seems to be a common bug that others have posted in forums about but it seems that there's still no solution to this... any help would be really appreciated!

Thanks,

I already use it, but yesterday I found the problem, is that in my site's settings the domain was configured without https and I was accessing with https. I changed there in the configuration informing with https and it worked fine.
