Custom Elementor Theme Widgets only render when logged in

Hey all I'm stuck and can't figure out what's wrong. I've downloaded a theme and imported the demo content, with this content they have added elementor custom widgets like heading, text etc.. they use this in their demo content. I've built the entire site using these widgets and everything looks fine, but the problem is when I'm viewing the site not logged in the wp-admin none of the content from the custom emulator widgets displays, it's almost like the rendering of the widgets can't take place.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I've tried everything from disabling plugins, reinstalling the theme.
