Content on site gets resized

Hi!

this is my first time making a website with elementor/wordpress. After completing the site i noticed that when i resize the browser window the content on the page gets moved around and resized. I want to keep everything in a fixed position No matter the size of the web browser window.

anyone knows how to fix this, or could refer to a guide? Keep in mind that Im new to this.
