Contact Form SUBMIT button placement

Hi, as you can see on the bottom of the page my SUBMIT button overlaps the last form field (message field). I can add a new field below MESSAGE and the section expands and everything is vertically spaced out correctly -- except the SUBMIT button would sill overlay the last added field.

I added a top border (same color as background) to the button to try to fake it, so please ignore. TIA for any help you can give, I can't figure it out!
