Column heights help needed.

Hello I'm New to Elementor (and this forum) and I have a quick question. I'm looking to take a section that has two columns and make each of the columns a different height. Is this possible within Elementor?

I've attached a pic of the header I'm trying to build. There is the larger, pink, trapezoid shape (on the left) and then the gray and blue "bars" on the right.

the slanting I don't know if there is a quick way to do that. as far as the actual height though, negative margins work well for that.
