Carousels no longer working across website, anyone have a solution?

The carousels on my website no longer work, I have tried everything. Anyone know if this issue has a resolution? I was told this was fixed in the latest update but still no luck for me.

Attached is what it is like with Carousels in edit mode but when I preview or live view it doesn't show the carousels.

If there is no one with a solution here make a new one carousel.
And when this works transfer the pictures.
