Button Text Color won't change

Hello.

Background-Color of Button changes as intended. Text color doesn't.
Same issue with normal link color (maybe that's the problem?)
What to do? Any help appreciated

So I found a workaround that might also help others. In customiser I put css code:

a, a:active, a:visited {
color: #0099FF!important;
}

Not an optimal solution, but it works (it's for all links, not only the button)
If someone has another idea, it would be highly appreciated

It also changed color of menu. So the search for a solution continues...
