Question Specific text link?

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I couldn't seem to find anything on it. I simply need to make only one or two words in a large body of text linked to another website and not the entire body. Every widget I've tried can only link the entirety, not a specific word. Also it would be ideal if I could create hover effects for that specific word.
Any ideas on how to achieve either of these?
