What custom css to use for nav menu?

Hello dear community,

I hope someone out there has had a similar problem and has found a solution because I am a super n00b. I am wanting to change the hover state of my nav menu items from italic to regular/bold. I am thinking of doing this with custom css, but I have no idea what class to target and what css to write! Anyone has any ideas of how to target the nav menu items hover state?
