Video not working on phone, container is greyed out using Elementor

Hello,

I have a video that works fine on screen plus tablet mode but not on phone. I have enabled the "play on phone" switcher. The video is running in the elementor editor but it is grayed out. I am using the Kadence Theme.

Any idea what can be the issue here?
