I made a short video of the beach and created a loop in premier profor my web page. I have tried different sizes and data rates but it always stutters on the start frame which is at the point where the seagull flys in from the righton the web page but not in premier. I will leave this page up for a bit so you can see it live rickgreenphoto.com . Any thoughts are appreciated it is probably something simple.
