Question Vertically center a section

Hi. Is there a way to vertically center a section? For example I have an inner section whose parent section's height is set to 'Fit to screen'. The parent section fills the screen which is working as needed, but I want an inner section to then be vertically centered so it appears slap bang in the middle of the parent section. I should note I also want another section to then appear at the foot of the page. So it's a top, middle and bottom design.
