Send text (data) to Elementor Widget or Gutenberg Block via HTML or JSON

Hello,

I’ve created a very basic website for a farmer friend using WP and the basic Elementor, one thing they would like to have without going into the backend to change, is a heading widget on the homepage which they could possibly change on a daily basis.

Would anyone know of a way to access a HTML widget or heading widget via HTML or JSON ?

I’ve seen many instances where you can pull data into a HTML widget but not push it, I’d like to send the text data via FileMaker Pro JSON (Insert from HTML) script, but can sort that out.
