Search engine for Image Gallery ?

Is there any way to have a search bar that will show you specific images from your Image Galleries ? Basically want to search by keyword and have the results show up on a page. For example typing "apple" will only show you the "apple" images in a "fruit " gallery. Searching for images not posts...

You need a plugin to do that, I think Ivory search will do what you want.
Never tried it though. There are other plugins you can try.
