Question Remove Social Media Icons When Hovering Over Image

...as it says above, my problem is that when i hover over an image anywhere on my site, social media icons pop up over the image. While this could come in handy sometimes I don't want them everywhere.
I have not installed any social media plugins, and frankly I have no idea where they come from.
