QUESTION : cant change a search filter

on my site, I used a EXPLORE LISTING feature, for some reason my PRICE is set at 449-449 so I cant show anything other then posted listings at 449... how do I change the filter. I have tried refreshing and It seems to be coded or something? Can anyone help. I contacted my designer and Ive herd crickets... frustrating...
