Open listing item on same page without refreshing (AJAX)

Hi there, im building a listing grid with JetElements and JetSmartFilters, everything goes well so far,
What i want to achieve is to open a lisintg item at the top of the listing as a post preview without refreshing the page,
Like the read more action made with AJAX
Some suggestions will be fine
