New in Elementor: Can't figure Out

Goodmorning everybody, i'm creating my web site, i've bought Elementor pro and now i'm trying to create personalized header and footer. When i go into Theme Builder and i create a new Header or footer(or every other page) i chose template but in the page builder i see the bottom of the page as the image and when i try to pubblish the page it appear into the page.. i can't figure out how to delete those section..

Are you trying to create it site wide?
You can do that with the Appearance => Customize tab on the Dashboard.

The image makes me think you are trying to do this on a post and I don't that's what you want.
