Need help! Movement effects no longer work... ;(

Hello everybody,

For some time, the motion effects on my side no longer work. Pictures, for example, no longer thread, but are simply there. if I remember correctly, that's how I've been updating to the latest version.

I have already uninstalled elementor, disabled, re-enabled, all plugins disabled, etc ... Unfortunately, it brings nothing.

Does anyone know why that is?
