Mystery menu item that i can not find in any of the settings

In my menu, I have a menu item that I did not add, that came with the theme demo and I want to remove it - but I can not find it anywhere - I've looked in menus , settings, customizer and I can not find it to remove it. If someone knows and has time to share I would really appreciate it. I've added an image to illustrate the item I want to remove. Thanks
