Multi step form with titles per step

Hi there,

does anyone know how I can add a title into each step of a multistep form? I want to chunk the information I require to make it easier to digest, or at the very least have a title for each step. The steps themselves don't allow for much flexibility.

I'm attaching a really quick mock up.

Hi, yup. That title is more like "bread crumbs" in styling, rather than an actual "title". I also can't break up my forms within each step with a separate title.

Oh I see. Well, just add an HTML form item immediately after each step then?
