I've been trying to do this with elementor for 2 days, asking ChatGPT for help, watching tutorials on Youtube... and I haven't been able to do it.

I want the header/menu to start at the bottom of the screen and as I scroll down, the menu will go up until it stays sticky at the top, basically I want to emulate exactly what the header does on this website:

walkerwarner.com

Anyone knows if I can do this and how?

A quick way of doing it would be to not use the header as a global header, and use the header element within the page design. Its not ideal as it means designing each page in a blank canvas template and including the header and footer in the page design instead of globally.

But you would then play around with the settings like I quickly done here on an old demo site.

There probably is a way of doing it with the header template too, but I've not had the time to mess with it.
