Question Issues with Mailchimp form integration

I've opened two support tickets about this and haven't had a reply, so I thought I'd try posting here instead.

We have an issue with trying to integrate Mailchimp into a form. The API key is connected, but we can't select an audience with the audience dropdown list, the loading wheel just keeps spinning and never loads the list.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
