Is it possible to change the link text of blog posts?

I have currently installed the Elementor and "Premium Addons for Elementor" Plugins. And from there used the "Premium Blog" element to create a Blog page.
When I use any kind of SEO tool to check the site they basically all complain that the link text from the Blog Element to the individual posts are "empty".

I can't seem to find any place to edit such link texts. Is this possible without manually changing all the HTML?
