Insert Post Title and other fields into a Text Editor component

Hi

Is it possible to insert the Post Title in the middle of a Text Editor component's text? For example, in a Single, I'm looking to have "Are you interested in [[POST_TITLE]]? Complete the form below."

I know you can use the Dynamic option to set the content of a Text Editor component but I'm looking for a way to have text before and after the title.

css so lets say your your blog post title is a h1 using the css before & after

h1:before{content: 'Are you blah blah blah'; margin-right: 3px;}
h1:after{content: 'Please fill out the form'; margin-left: 3px;}
