IDX Optima Express plugin Short code not working? (using widget)

Hi !

Please keep in mind I am very new to this, and am teaching myself simply to have more control over my website.

I have downloaded and installed Optima Express on the 30 day free trial, but when pasting the sort code into the SC Widget, it comes up with grey with [..]
The video help section on IHomefinder is pretty bleak! Wondering if anyone has tips or tricks or can help!
