Question How to show a tag on page with number of posts (By category)?

I wanna show posts count that are tagged with a poet name. How can i filter that posts (with the tagged poet) from other categories.

For Example

Category “A” is having 6 posts
Category “B” is having 7 posts

Post Tags are “D” , “E” , “F”

So

I wanna show 3 posts from Category “A” that are tagged with “D”??

For Example Screenshot is attached

I wanna filter like this . How can i create filter with tags and category like the screenshot.
