How to remove CSS effect when I click on a link (Chrome problem)

Good morning everyone,

I would like to know if anyone knows how I can remove the annoying effect that occurs when I click on a link. An effect appears that I have not set and I want to remove it.
I would like to have a link that If I click them the button style don't change.

vorrei sapere se qualcuno sa come posso rimuovere l'effetto bordato che appare quando clicco col mouse su un link. Non l'ho impostato e non trovo come si possa rimuovere questo brutto effetto. Ho provato con qualche codice manuale CSS ma nulla..
