How to display and access large number of pdf files

Hi everybody. Just joined the forum and would like to ask for some ideas on how I can display over 200 pdf documents on my pages. The areas in which I am looking for suggestions are a menu, uploading such a large quantity of files, displaying the files, allowing downloads.

I had thought of using tabs to group the files but it seems that I will have to upload and link files one by one.

I have been using the free version to date as I am fairly new to site building.
