Hovering navigation over an embed video in the header

Hello together!

I just want to know how i would realize this kind of navigation, shown below via elementor.

As you can see, there is a Navigation hovering over the playing Video with a kind of content slider (videos). I just want to know, how i could realize this kind of navigation with elementor because i am trying it for days and cannot figure out how to fix the problem with margin & co.
