Hidden button space

Hello,

I can't seem to figure this out, I have a button on my 3 column header that I want visible for desktop but hidden in tablet and mobile modes. I use the responsive switch to hide them on tablet and mobile however the space that the button occupies is still there. I have tried to set the column widths for the two visible columns to cover this space but nothing seems to work.
