Header not responsive on mobile

Hi,

I have an issue with my header not displaying correctly on mobile.

I built it for desktop using 4 inner sections, consisting of 4 icons (a logo and 3 social icons). An additional section with a divider line.

I've noticed on mobile it's only allowing 2 inner sections, meaning my header is stacking itself. Please see pics attached.

Any help is much appreciated, no doubt I've built it wrong!

Even starting from scratch and trying to rebuild it for mobile, I'm unable to have 2 inner sections side by side, they always stack.
