Header and Footer Templates not in Saved Templates

Hi, I have created an extensive header to be reused in multiple domains. Unfortunately, this does not reflect in the Saved Templates page nor in the Library. How can I access this header and/or Footer for reuse, or, how do I save the Header or Footer design as a Saved Template as the other Elementor Headers templates appear in the library?
