Question forms not rendering on front end

Hi all -

Wondering if anyone can help or has experience with the following:

My company migrated to a new domain name, now our forms -- which are embedded on the website by way of the Elementor Shortcode widget -- are not rendering on the front end.

We've already reassigned our license to the new domain name, so that is not the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
