Fixed container with scroll bar for text

Hi all, I'm hoping someone could please help.

I have Elementor, E-Pro and The Premium Addon pack installed on a website I'm building. I want to create a fixed height container with a scroll bar for the text it contains.

Can anyone advise how I'd do this please?
