Hi,
I'm working on one of my customer's website. It was designed and built by another party. I have now taken over the process.
But I have a problem that I can't fix. I updated all plugins, theme, and WordPress and after that, I wasn't able to load the Elementor editor.
I tried changing the theme, clearing out browser history, changing browser, and deactivating all plugins, except Elementor and Elementor Pro. Nothing worked.
Then I tried to deactivate Elementor Pro - and then it worked! The header and some modules were missing (but ofc, these are connected to the Pro version).
So what do I do now? I can't edit without Elementor Pro deactivated - but the plugin is necessary for me to finish the job.
Any ideas? Please - I'm going crazy.
