I made new header with Elementor Theme Builder. Changes made in header content (adding text,images,clumns,etc.) are properly visible on the website. But changes made to section style are not visible. I changed section background color to black and page displays white color.
It's not only background. Changing Main Menu pointer is visible, but changing Main Menu color is not visible.
I used Elementor->Tools->Regenerate CSS option with no effect.
I checked my page in different browser with incognito tab and background is still white.
I have almost clean new instalation, only 1 other plugin active.
The same problem is with footer - can change content, but changes to section style (eg. background) are not visible.
