Elementor popup not working properly

I created a popup (anchor link) and linked the popup with a text but, when I want to preview a popup it shows a blank page containing the name of the popup but not showing the popup. Secondly, when I clicked the text, a popup doesn't appear. I don't know what is the problem.. can you please guide me
