Elementor Forms : email BCC not working as intended and expected

I've setup a form that sends email notification to a client; TO: client@email.com
In the BCC field i've set an email log address: BCC: email-log@ourcompany.com

Issue
I receive emails sent TO: email-log@ourcompany.com.
email-log@ourcompany.com is not BCC, and the client email address is not in the TO field, so i cannot log it.

Basically, the BCC field does not function as BCC is intended. Instead Elementor sends a separate email using the TO field.

I'd prefer to add "BCC:email-log@ourcompany.com" to the email header, but that's not an option in Elementor forms.

Any workaround for this?
