Elementor Form - Change recipient email depending on selected field

Hello everyone!

I am trying to change my email recipient address in an elementor field depending on a dropdown select field.

I have a select field in my form with different options :
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3
...

And I want to change the recipient address relative to the option selected.

For example. In the select field, option 3 is selected, the recipient address is customemailforoption3@exemple.com.

Is it possible? Maybe with the key/value system?
