Question Drop cap shows on every paragraph even when disabled?

I've been using Elementor (non-pro version) for a while and on each post, I'd enable the drop cap feature to show on just the first paragraph.

However, for the last couple of posts, for some reason, the drop cap feature shows on every single paragraph even though when I check, the drop cap button isn't toggled to 'on'.

As far as I'm aware, I haven't changed any settings and the problem just seems to have started randomly. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this please?
