Custom header overriding first section

Hi,

Using Astra Pro and Elementor Pro.

I have created and activated a custom header in order to replace the Astra header. Now, in all my pages, posts and templates, the Elementor header is overriding the first section. Shouldn't it adapt automatically ?

How can I fix this ?
