I have a header that overlays on top of the hero banner on my site. To do this, I created a header and set a negative bottom margin to pull up the hero banner to fall under the header. This is causing a shift of content on the page, resulting in a 0.59 score. Is there any way of creating an overlay header without using a negative bottom margin in the header section? I thought maybe I could make the header position absolute and set to the top of the page, but it only seems you can set the elements position, not the section.
