Changing The Hover Effect for Different Devices

I'm practising on Elementor but I'm facing a problem in changing the Hover colour for different devices, I want "Orange" colour for the Mobile Menu and "White" Color for the Desktop and Tablet, but whenever I change the hover colour for Mobile Menu that colour also applies to the Tablet and Desktop, tell me what I'm doing wrong or is this bug within the Elementor Free Version, Thanks.

It is not a bug. I think this is normal.
Solution:
Make the the content section x-times (duplicate). For each color one section. Then use the "advanced" --> "responsive" switch to display your content at the right times. Not tested. I hope it works.
