Can only edit Titles Headers not Text sections

I have used Elementor on many web sites. I set up a new web site on BlueHost. I installed Elementor Pro it's the latest version. When I use Elementor to edit the page, I can add new sections ok. If I put a Title Header in the section, I can edit it using the right side screen. However, if I put a text block in the section, I cannot edit this. I cannot get a cursor to activate or make any edits. I have to edit it at the left side screen. Does anyone know what can cause this? I have updated everything and shut off all plugins and still not working.
