Hi!
Is there any way to create simple calculation form including age, sex, height and weight? Exact math needs to look like this :
for Women (10 x Body weight [kg])+(6,25 x height [cm])-(5 x [age]) – 161
for Men (10 x Body weigh [kg])+(6, 25 x height [cm])-(5 x [age]) + 5
Every single option must be selectable. It's gonna be a calories calculator.
Any ideas?
