Boxes in "Hotspot Widget" → "Tooltips" are full width an can't be limited

Hello

I tried "Style" → "Tooltip" → "Box" → "Width" without affecting anything.
Width of the parent container is set to "boxed" in case this should be of any relevance. I have no idea what's wrong here.
